Have had a fantastic experience with River City Deck and Patio! The cement crew who did the patio extension was fantastic as was the pergola crew that constructed the pergola. Both those crews arrived when expected, worked consistently until the jobs were done, annswered any questions we had, and consulted with us when decisions were necessary. Both crews were polite and engaging, and both cleaned up once they were finished. Just a great overall experience! Highly recommend!

We just had River City Decks and Patio come out and built a coverd patio and pergola. Lee and Heidi, were correct, Joe and his crew came out and just got it done. They explained the process as they went along, there was one day they couldn't come and I was notified the day before, excellent communication. After having at least three different companies come out and not return or even get a phone call back was disappointing. That's why I highly recommend this company, if I ever need anything or if I know someone that is looking to have a deck, patio or pergola, I'll tell them, don't waste your time and get bids, just call River City Decks and Patios. We just finished our second project with River City Deck & Patio. Heidi has a keen eye & vision for a project & will provide a quote the day she tours your home, often sitting down at your dining room table with her blueprint paper drawing the design. We felt a part of the creative process. We don’t have the money to do everything we dream of doing all at once, so they have worked with us on a phased approach. I was very happy with the professionalism and communication from staff even when our project got delayed due to rain. They offer a military discount too! They helped by adding a front porch area with a great wood-topped railed fencing and extending our back patio area (looks like it was there from a new build) to allow for us to have enough shade to use it in this Texas heat. They worked quickly which allowed for easier scheduling with a pool that went in to connect with the work they were doing. Great experience.

Lee, Heidi and the entire crew was awesome start to finish. My project was a 3 phase one , Patio extension, Concrete, Cover, and coating. The entire project took a few months Due to concrete curing time , custom patio cover and coating. Lee was accurate on his initial time lines of each phase which was really nice to know up front and kept in communication. We absolutely love our new patio and it provides such relief from the hot sun that beats our back yard. Every single member of the crews for each trade, was very polite, knowledgeable, and most of all did a great job and actually cleaned up after themselves. You can tell they care, and stand behind their work, which is a huge relief these days. Highly recommend them for making your outdoor dreams come true.

From initial consult to final product, everything’s been fantastic. Lee was great and went through various solutions that would meet our needs and price point. The chosen cover was installed by the fabulous duo Stephen and Randy. They were so respectful and kind and built the cover as if it was their own. It brought instant relief from the Texas sun and there wasn’t one speck of debris leftover from the construction so could enjoy the shade without delay. They explained the entire process every step of way, were very reasonably priced, and overall, just a pleasant experience. Great experience with the entire team. I won’t use any other company. Heidi initially designed my multi level deck years ago and It went beyond my expectations on how it came out. We also built a solid deck on my detach garage. I recently had to replace my above ground pool and had to demo part of my lower level deck and rebuild. We are really happy with our deck design and installation by River City Decks. We thought it might be nice to have a roof instead of a pergola to make the space more useful, so we contacted RiverCity Deck. I had River City demo the existing deck in my backyard, build a new deck and install a deck cover.Everyone at River City that I interacted with was friendly, professional and helpful. The process started with a site visit at my home where the assessor viewed the existing deck and took measurements. Following that, we sat down and created a rough sketch of the plan and discussed cost. The final quote was given to me at that time with a formal contract sent to me over email a day or two later.Once I signed up to have the deck and cover built, I worked with River City to schedule the work. The deck crew showed up first, demoed the existing deck and began work on the new deck. Most of the work was done on the first day with some additional work completed the following day. The crew leader was pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and we discussed my decision on a couple options that were available to me. The yard was cleaned up very nicely when they were done.It was about a week later that the deck cover crew showed up. The deck cover leader was very responsive and kept me updated on scheduling. This work also took all of one day and a little of the following day. The yard was nicely cleaned up afterwards.The final product is beautiful. I'm very happy with how everything turned out. It's rained several times since the cover was installed and I haven't noticed a single leak. River City kept great communication with me the whole time; they responded to all of my questions and listened to all of my concerns; they cleaned up after the construction; and I'm very happy with the final product.I would absolutely recommend River City for this type of work and if I ever needed another deck built, River City would be my first call.

I would definitely recommend River City Deck and Patio. Quick to come out and give a bid and communicated well the entire process. I already had a deck, so we just needed to replace it with what I pretty much had, but I can tell the new construction is far better than what I had before. I am also so happy with the quality! Lee has high expectations for the contractors he oversees. I told him my dream, and he had 4 different experts make it happen. Each one paid attention to detail, followed code, and provided a quality product. My wood deck was removed and the cement slab poured, with the area divided into a shed, a screened-in porch, and a pergola shady area.
